Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Amur Couture website and your relationship with Amur Couture (“Amur”, “we”, “us”) as a client, whether you are booking an appointment, placing a custom order, purchasing a ready-to-wear piece, or renting a gown. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Amur Couture offers bridal wedding dresses, veils and accessories, bridal shoes and complete bridal packages, available through custom design, ready-to-wear purchase and rental, all by private appointment at our showroom in Tirana, Albania.

Visits to our showroom are by appointment only, so that every bride receives our full attention. We recommend booking your consultation 6–9 months ahead of your wedding date. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another bride.

Custom pieces are created specifically for you. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the piece. We recommend beginning the custom process at least 3–6 months before your wedding date to allow time for fittings and alterations. Because custom pieces are made to your specifications, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Items purchased during a sale are final sale, sold in limited quantities, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

A security deposit is required for all rentals. Rented pieces should be returned in the condition they were provided, allowing for reasonable wear. In the event of minor stains or damage, we will arrange cleaning or repair, the cost of which may be deducted from your security deposit; significant damage may require the full deposit to cover repair costs.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers and cash. Prices are displayed and payable in the currency shown at our showroom at the time of your order. All deposits and balances are due according to the schedule agreed with you at booking.

We are pleased to offer international shipping for purchases and rentals. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination. International rentals may require an additional security deposit and are subject to availability.

All designs, photography, branding and content on this website are the property of Amur Couture and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its normal operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amur Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Albanian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
